1. Who this applies to

This policy covers the NU Income Partner waitlist at nuincomepartner.com and the NU application at app.nuincomepartner.com. If you have only joined the waitlist, only the waitlist-related sections below apply to you.

2. Information we collect

If you join our waitlist: your email address, and the fact and time that you consented to be contacted.

If you use the NU application: your email address and password. Your password is processed securely and stored only as a one-way cryptographic hash — we do not store it in readable form. We also collect the information you share with NU during your discovery conversation; the opportunities, decisions, and progress NU records for you; and a single sign-in session token, stored only as a secure browser cookie.

3. How we use your information

We use waitlist information only to contact you about NU access and enrollment.

We use account information to operate NU for you — understanding your situation, generating and discussing personalized opportunities, and keeping track of your progress.

4. Artificial intelligence and research

NU is built on Anthropic’s Claude AI. When you use the NU application, your discovery-conversation content and the information NU has recorded about you are sent to Anthropic to generate responses, evaluate opportunities, and hold a conversation with you. When NU researches the market attractiveness of an opportunity, it uses Anthropic’s web search capability to look up current information — those searches are also processed through Anthropic.

5. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers that help us run NU: Anthropic (AI and research processing, described above), ZeptoMail (delivering account verification and password-reset emails), and Render (the application-hosting and managed-database infrastructure used to operate NU).

6. Cookies and browser storage

The NU application uses exactly one cookie: a secure session token that keeps you signed in. It cannot be read by scripts on the page and is removed when you sign out or your session ends. NU does not use tracking or advertising cookies, and does not currently use analytics.

7. Your choices and requests

You can email support@nuincomepartner.com to ask what information we hold about you, to be removed from the waitlist, or to request deletion of your account and its data. We process these requests personally and manually — there is currently no automated or self-service tool for this, so please allow us time to respond.
