Data Deletion
Last updated: October 1, 2026 · NU Income Partner and NU Social Planner are operated by Synergy Wellness Center, LLC.
1. What you can ask us to delete
You can ask us to delete the information we hold about you from the NU Income Partner waitlist or application, including your email address, account information, and the information you shared during a discovery conversation. If your request relates to NU Social Planner — for example, because you commented on or messaged NU’s Facebook or Instagram account and want the record of that interaction removed — we can delete the corresponding automation record, to the extent we can locate it (see Section 4 on how Social Planner data is identified).
2. How to request deletion
Email support@nuincomepartner.com and ask us to delete your data. We process deletion requests manually — there is currently no automated or self-service deletion tool.
3. What to include in your request
So we can find the correct record, please include the email address associated with your NU account (if you have one) or, for a Social Planner / social-media request, the Facebook or Instagram username you commented or messaged from and roughly when you did so. Please don’t send us anything more sensitive than that — we don’t need a password, government ID, or payment information to process a deletion request, and we won’t ask you for any.
4. A note on Social Planner records specifically
When someone comments on or messages NU’s Facebook or Instagram account, our system checks the text only to see whether it matches a small set of pre-approved keywords, and stores a one-way cryptographic hash of your Facebook/Instagram identifier rather than the identifier itself — so we cannot look up a record by your Facebook or Instagram ID directly. If you tell us your username and roughly when you interacted with our account, we can locate and delete the associated automation record; we may not always be able to find every record with certainty given how it’s stored.
5. How we’ll confirm your request
We’ll reply to the email address you contact us from to confirm we received your request, and again once we’ve completed it. If we need more information to find your data, we’ll ask you for it at that point.
6. What gets deleted
We delete the account and personal information described in Section 1: your waitlist or account record, your discovery-conversation data, and, where applicable, the Social Planner automation record tied to your request.
7. What we may need to keep
We don’t currently have a formal schedule of records retained after a deletion request. In general, we would only keep a limited record where we are legally required to (for example, financial records related to a payment), or where we need to retain minimal information to prevent abuse of our systems (for example, to avoid someone immediately recreating an account we removed for a policy violation). We are not aware of any such retention being triggered by a typical deletion request today.
8. How long it takes
Deletion is handled personally by a small team, not an automated system. We aim to acknowledge your request within a few business days and complete deletion within 30 days. If it will take longer in your case, we’ll let you know.
9. If you disconnect Facebook or Instagram
If NU’s connection to a Facebook Page or Instagram account is removed or revoked, NU Social Planner stops receiving new comments, messages, or webhook events from that account and can no longer publish to it. This does not retroactively delete data already collected before the disconnection — to remove that, please make a deletion request as described above.
10. Content already published
Removing NU’s permissions on your Facebook or Instagram account, or asking us to delete your data, does not automatically remove content that NU has already published to Facebook or Instagram (for example, posts, comments, or replies that already went out). If you need a specific published item removed, please tell us and we’ll address it directly, or you can manage it through your own Facebook or Instagram settings.
